GET
Get Standalone Transfer
Retrieve a transfer using its unique ID. The response includes its saved direction: PLATFORM_TO_RECIPIENT or RECIPIENT_TO_PLATFORM. Existing transfers return PLATFORM_TO_RECIPIENT. Direction is immutable after creation; reversals do not change it. A recipient-to-platform transfer remains readable if access to creating that direction is later removed. See Create Standalone Transfer for direction defaults and availability.
