Organization is where you manage everything that belongs to your company rather than to a single account: how your accounts are grouped, who can reach them, what those people can do, and how they sign in. You open it from Organization in the dashboard sidebar.
This replaced the old profile menu itemsAccount management, Team and roles, and the organization Security settings used to live behind your profile image. They are now tabs inside Organization. Your personal profile, password, and two-factor authentication stay in the profile menu, because they belong to you rather than to the organization.

The five tabs

Not everyone sees all five. A tab you do not have permission for is absent rather than locked, so the section never advertises something you cannot open. Account groups is also hidden if your organization has only one account, since there would be nothing to group.

How access is granted

Access in Yuno is a grant: a role, given at a level.
  • Organization — the role applies to every account you have now and every account created later.
  • Group — the role applies to every account in that group, including accounts added to it afterwards.
  • Account — the role applies to that one account.
One person can hold several grants at once. A member with an organization-wide role and a different role on one group holds both, and the member detail page shows the result account by account.
